The wedding party2 It is exactly three days now since the wedding party 2 crept into cinemas. Though  amassing a whooping 20 million Naira on its first day,  much of this could be attributed to the buzz surrounding Banky W (Oluwabankole Wellington) and Adesua Etomi. It should not be up for debate that the film had a much greater prequel. One cannot seem to overlook the creativity, originality and effort put into it. So what went wrong? Had the creators not gotten too comfortable TWP2, destination Dubai ought to be far better than the first movie of the franchise. Nonso proposes by accident, while on a dinner date and that sets off a chain of intriguing ev...

To this point, the main Star Wars movies have essentially been the sky walker saga. The Prequel trilogy followed the rise and fall of Anakin Sky walker and the original trilogy was about his children Luke and Leia. Obviously not forgetting Han solo. Although the FORCE AWAKENS brought in new characters like Rey, Finn and Poe alongside villains like Kylo ren, General Hux and Supreme leader Smoke, it also kept original trilogy fixtures Luke, Leia and Han. In the Last Jedi, Rey develops her newly discovered abilities with the guidance of Luke skywalker, who is unsettled by the strength of her powers. The battle unfolds as the resistance prepares to do battle with the First order.  Luke dies at the end of the movie and we spent a large portion of the Last Jedi wondering if Rey and Kylo ren are connected by more than just the force and if they could be siblings. If that is the case, that would mean that Han solo and Leia abandoned their daughter. Despite its success over the ye...
