To this point, the main Star Wars movies have essentially been the sky walker saga. The Prequel trilogy followed the rise and fall of Anakin Sky walker and the original trilogy was about his children Luke and Leia. Obviously not forgetting Han solo. Although the FORCE AWAKENS brought in new characters like Rey, Finn and Poe alongside villains like Kylo ren, General Hux and Supreme leader Smoke, it also kept original trilogy fixtures Luke, Leia and Han. In the Last Jedi, Rey develops her newly discovered abilities with the guidance of Luke skywalker, who is unsettled by the strength of her powers.
